Meal Planning

Organized for Nutrition

In our busy lives, it’s easy to let our healthy diets slip.  When you have good food options in your pantry, freezer, and refrigerator you can more easily pull together meals and snacks to keep you and your family on track.

As a Nutritional Therapist, I help families plan menus to meet their individual goals.   I use a customizable shopping tool to help you plan, purchase and prepare meals.  Additionally, I can help you organize your kitchen which may just help you organize the rest of your life!

The Customizable Grocery Sheet (Google Sheets) is $19.95 (instructions provided).  Vacation Version (Google Sheets) and Expanded Version available.

Full-Service Nutritional Coaching Session:  $99 (up to 2 hours of onsite organizing plus the Customizable Grocery Sheet).  Additional hours of onsite organizing can be scheduled and purchased for $40/hour.

Please complete the Meal Planning Questionnaire (or download PDF) to schedule your Nutritional Coaching Session (Date and Time to be mutually agreed upon).
